"Timm-ay" did a great job from the initial request to the final sale. In fact, I could have taken all his information and shopped it more local to me(Georgia). However, Timm-ay, and the team did so well I did not mind driving half way to pick up the bike. I will also add that the trade value for my bike was reasonable. Would definitely give you guys a shot next time. But that might be awhile as the wife is not as excited for my purchase as I am. :-)

Skylar was our salesman. He did a great job of answering our questions before and during our visit and going over the 2024 Spyder RT Limited that we purchased. His enthusiasm and positive attitude are contagious! Skylar provided us with a written quote before our visit and then we got an even better deal on the day of our purchase. Dennis handled the pricing, financing and paperwork and was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with as well. This is a big purchase for us and the folks at MotoMember in Chambersburg made it a great experience.

I had my motorcycle worked on here at motomember and I've never dealt with such great people. The salesman jarred was a wonderful salesman and I don't regret my purchase. Ashley was a superb individual to deal with when dropping bike off. When calling me on updates. Also when picking bike up. He went over and beyond to keep me on the loop and I really appreciate that. They technician who did the work on my bike also did a wonderful job. I couldn't be happier. Thanks to all of them I can ride with piece of mind. Can't put a price on quality folks. This is the place.

Tyler was very knowledgable and gave us great service. He was not pushy but friendly, engaging in questions and offering a wealth of information. Happy about our experience and loved seeing an old building remodeled. Other members were also friendly and knowledgable, giving a great atmosphere.

I bought a new Spyder F3-T and it was a wonderful experience. Harold and Tyler were so helpful and really nice. Harold answered many of my questions over the phone. Amanda was a great help via text. Codie was very helpful with the business end. Everyone was helpful and really kind. Great dealership!

After several months looking for a motorcycle and leaving my info at several shops I was pleasantly surprised by a call from Rose who found the bike I was looking for. Rose is a great sales woman, very engaging and personable and she is true to her word that she will return your call if she has or finds what you are looking for. Then Dan in the finance department made that process very smooth and painless. If it wasnt for the team at Motomember in Fayetteville I do not know if or when I might have found my new bike. I would recommend a call to them if you are looking for a new ride.
